We represent numerous individuals, businesses, and professional entities involved in civil disputes both in court and in administrative forums. These disputes involve, among others, contracts, real estate, insurance, civil rights, employment, professional malpractice, divorce, public utility, and fraud related claims. Members of our litigation unit have years of experience in trials, appeals, and alternative dispute resolution.
When a client first comes into our office, we review with the client the facts and the client's goals, and apply the applicable law and our years of experience to evaluate whether the client's goals are attainable. We then work with the client to come up with a strategy and budget to file or defend a lawsuit. Resolution of that lawsuit may take place in court, arbitration, before a government administrative body, or through alternative dispute resolution.
In the divorce area, numerous cases are resolved by the collaborative process. During our representation we frequently update our clients and involve them in reviewing their goals and strategies in order to resolve their dispute as quickly and cost effectively as possible.
We represent individuals and entities who are being investigated or who have been arrested by federal and state law enforcement. These investigations and arrests may involve white collar and/or violent crime, as well as search warrants, grand jury investigations, security clearances, wiring tapping, and related matters. Collectively, members of the firm have in excess of 60 years of experience in criminal litigation.
