We offer comprehensive estate planning and administration services, including the preparation of wills, revocable living trusts, estate and trust administration, tax return preparation, and estate, trust, and tax litigation. Services include sophisticated tax and estate planning techniques, including personal residence trusts, irrevocable life insurance trusts, irrevocable grantor trusts (i.e., gift trusts upon which the trust grantor intentionally remains liable for taxes on trust income), charitable trusts, intra-family sales, valuation freezes, and family limited partnerships.

Our work in the estate planning, trust, and probate law field encompasses a number of different areas. We represent individuals in their estate planning, including advice on disposition of closely-held businesses and minimization of estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer taxes. We assist the trustee and personal representative in the administration of a deceased client’s estate, including the collection of assets and the preparation of estate tax and fiduciary income tax returns.

We also advise beneficiaries and individual and corporate trustees as to the proper interpretation of trusts and their rights and obligations under trust instruments. Finally, we assist clients that enter into transactions with trusts and help clients collect amounts due from decedents’ estates.
