Megan H. Koehler

Meg Koehler concentrates her practice in corporate and securities law.

Ms. Koehler’s practice involves the preparation and filing of registration statements and related items under the Securities Act of 1933 and the Investment Company Act of 1940, including compliance with these and other federal securities laws. Her experience includes a range of legal, compliance, corporate governance, and other matters relating to investment management. Ms. Koehler’s work has focused on managing mutual fund board relations, reporting and administration; mutual fund mergers and reorganizations, proxies, exemptive orders and other regulatory filings; and analyzing regulatory issues that arise concerning investment company operations.

Ms. Koehler previously served as Vice President & Senior Counsel at ALPS Fund Services, Associate Counsel at Atlantic Fund Services, and as Assistant Vice President, Regulatory Administration at Citigroup Fund Services. She also has previous experience working on real estate and litigation matters. Ms. Koehler has worked at April, Dolan & Koehler, P.C. since 2018.

Ms. Koehler received her J.D. from the University of Maine School of Law and holds a B.A. in Legal Studies from U.C. Berkeley.
